1. What sizes do you offer?
We carry a wide range of sizes across bras, panties and shapewear — from S to XL and common band/cup combinations (e.g., 32B, 34C). Check each product page for exact size options and our size chart.
2. How do I find my correct bra size?
Measure your band (underbust) snugly and your bust at its fullest point. Use our Bra Size Chart to convert measurements into band + cup sizes. If between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
3. Where is my order? How can I track it?
After shipment you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in and view Orders → Track Order. If you didn’t get tracking, contact support with your order number.
4. How long does delivery take?
Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. International shipping varies by destination (usually 7–21 business days). Exact options and estimates appear at checkout.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs and times depend on destination. Import duties or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped we can usually change or cancel it. Email ASAP with the order number. Once shipped, follow our Returns policy to return items.
7. What is your returns & exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached (excluding final-sale items). Start returns in your account or contact support for instructions.
8. Do you accept returns on lingerie?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for worn or washed underwear. Unworn bras & panties with hygiene seals and tags may be eligible—check each product’s return rules first.
9. How should I care for my lingerie?
Hand wash or use a lingerie bag on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying. Check the product’s care label for fabric-specific instructions.
10. What materials do you use?
Our collection includes lace, satin, cotton, microfiber and power mesh. Each product page lists the fabric composition and care notes.
11. Do your bras have underwire?
Some styles are underwired for extra support; others are wire-free for comfort. Product descriptions indicate whether a bra includes an underwire.
12. I need help choosing between two sizes — can you advise?
Yes — send us your band & bust measurements and the product code, and our fit team will recommend the best size. Use the contact form or live chat for personalized help.
13. Are your products suitable post-surgery or maternity?
We offer front-open and soft-cup options that many customers choose after surgery or during maternity. Check product descriptions for “front-open” or “maternity-friendly” tags.
14. How do I use a discount code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount code” field and click Apply. Only one code is accepted per order unless stated otherwise; terms appear with the promo.
15. Can I create a wholesale or bulk order?
Yes. Contact our wholesale team at wholesale@yourdomain.com with business details, SKUs and quantities for pricing and lead times.
16. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in several values and are delivered by email with a redeemable code.
17. Is my payment information secure?
We use PCI-compliant payment processors and trusted gateways. Payment details are handled by the gateway and are not stored in full on our servers.
18. Why is my product out of stock?
Popular sizes/colors can sell out quickly. Click "Notify me" on the product page to receive an email when the item is restocked.
19. Do you offer repairs or alterations?
We currently don’t offer repairs or tailoring. For minor fixes, a local tailor or lingerie repair specialist can usually help.

21. What about sustainability & packaging?
We use recyclable packaging and are increasing eco-friendly fabrics across our collections. Look for the "Sustainable" tag on product pages.
22. Do you have size charts for every product?
Most products include a product-specific size chart or fit notes. Use our global Size Guide for measuring and check each item’s chart for exact fit.

We accept limited custom orders. Contact our design team with details — additional lead time and fees may apply.
