Pricing Policy

Prices of certain products may vary from time to time due to changes in currency exchange rates, supplier costs, or market conditions. Zeneefa reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.

Payment Options

We offer the following secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit/Debit Card

Note: For orders exceeding PKR 10,000, payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Cash on Delivery will not be available for these orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000

  • A standard shipping fee of PKR 250 & express shipping (overnight) fee of PKR 500 applies to orders below PKR 3,000

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Metro cities: Delivery within 4–5 working days

  • Non-metro/smaller cities: Delivery within 6–7 working days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is confirmed and dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery status online.
