To prevent fraud, we may verify your payment and personal information. Failure to provide requested verification within 48 hours may result in automatic order cancellation.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing. We will either notify you for confirmation or cancel your order and inform you accordingly — even if your card has been charged.

Arbitration

The arbitrator will be a legally trained, IT-knowledgeable, and neutral party. Arbitration will take place in Lahore, Pakistan, and the proceedings will be in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Zeneefa reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for the protection of intellectual property or confidential information.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. By using this Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and waive any objections based on venue.

Termination

Zeneefa reserves the right to terminate these Terms or revoke your access to the Site without notice if any violations are found. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. You agree that Zeneefa shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any policies, your only remedy is to discontinue using it.
