NO REFUNDS
At Zeneefa.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality, intimate apparel with care. Due to the personal nature of our products, once an order has been confirmed and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
However, if you believe you have ordered the wrong item or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 07 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Exchange Requirements:

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and undamaged

The Order ID must be provided

Products must meet hygiene standards as per our exchange policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items are not eligible for exchange. These include (but are not limited to):

Panties

Babydolls
-
Bodysuits
-
Lingerie sets or items that include panties

Silicone bras
-
All items listed under the Accessories category
We encourage customers to double-check their orders before confirming, especially when purchasing non-exchangeable items.
How Exchanges Work:

The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us.

Once received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item.

If the requested item is not available, we will issue a credit coupon equal to the product value (excluding courier charges).

This coupon will be valid for 3 months and can be used at zeneefa.com only.

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000 across Pakistan.
